Bus Driver Facing DUI and Child Endangerment Charges

On May 24th, in Stevensville, Montana, a bus carrying children veered off the road and crashed into a serval fences. A homeowner stated she saw the bus crash into her fence, go several feet into the yard, reverse, and then overcorrect into another fence before driving away with the children still on board. The Montana Highway Patrol arrested the driver and she has pending charges like DUI and child endangerment. Fortunately, none of the children sustained injuries, but the incident has left parents understandably worried.

Hopefully the bus driver could go through the DUI treatment program and grow from the mistakes. Hopefully she can get the knowledge she needs for this to never happen again, and she understands what she did wrong.
