Around 8:30 pm., Pelham Police received a call about a car driving erratically on Dutton Road. The officers searched and found a car stopped in the middle of Deer Hill Circle. 44-year-old Jon-Brad James was found and placed under arrest after a local police officer found him “unconscious” and “slumped over the wheel” in the middle of the road on Deer Hill Circle in Pelham. On top of these two charges, he is being charged with endangering the welfare of a child. The baby was found unsecured in the back seat.
He was charged with a DUI. In the state of Georgia a DUI charge would require you complete DUI school, complete a drug and alcohol evaluation and 40 hours of community service. Hopefully you will never be encounter with this charge, but if you are A1 Driving Schools has your back.
