Under Georgia law, motorists are prohibited from operating a motor vehicle when blood alcohol concentration (BAC) levels are at 0.08% or more. Because everybody reacts to alcohol differently, one or two drinks may not be safe for some drivers to get behind the wheel. No matter what while you are on the road you should try your best to keep you and those around you safe, so you should try to abstain from drinking AT ALL before driving. It is imperative that you and those around you are safe on the road, so do not risk it. Take an Uber, Lyft, or ask a trusted friend to drive you.
