The Georgia Slowpoke Law

Georgia has passed a law known as the “Slowpoke Law.” This law requires drivers on highways, interstate roadways, or expressways to move to the right if a faster vehicle approaches from behind. Even if you are driving at the speed limit, you must not linger in the left lane.
