Otherwise known as Joshua’s Law course, which is a law that requires for 16-year-olds to take the Drivers Education course prior to getting their Georgia issued license. Joshua’s Law is named after Joshua Brown, a young teen who’s car hydroplaned, causing him to crash into a tree. This collision led to a fatal accident taking away Joshua’s life.
