What is Driver’s Education?

Well, it’s exactly what it sounds like. Driver’s Education is a 30-hour informative course on everything driving! Otherwise known as Joshua’s Law course, which is a law that requires for 16-year-olds to take the Drivers Education course prior to getting their Georgia issued license. Joshua’s Law is named after Joshua Brown, a young teen who’s car hydroplaned, causing him to crash into a tree. This collision led to a fatal accident taking away Joshua’s life.

The course goes over numerous things such as:

  • Rules and regulations of the road
  • Dangers of driving
  • How to take care of your car
  • Etc.
