What to do at a Stop Sign

  1. When you approach a stop sign, you should stop your vehicle before the line marked on the road
  2. In case there is no stop line, you must stop before the marked crosswalk
  3. However, if there is no crosswalk, you should stop within three meters of the intersecting roadways, taking care not to obstruct pedestrians crossing
  4. Even when there is no Stop sign, you must stop before entering a main road from a service road, alley, driveway, or parking lot.
