Newton County Manager Harold Cooper was caught driving erratically near a local middle school. He is being faced with two misdemeanors, after being arrested over the weekend. He has put up bond and is now set free, but he will appear in court in March, There is not much about the case that the public is aware of now but it can be assumed that Cooper will inevitably be required to take a DUI course.

DUI courses is an educational courses to better the knowledge of the driver who committed the act and to steer them away from being under ANY influences while driving. Not only is the course greatly beneficial but available online!
