Is it illegal to drive with headphones in Georgia?

Yes, it is illegal to drive with earbuds in both ears or wearing headphones over both ears. According to Georgia law, wearing headphones in both ears can block or limit your ability to hear emergency vehicle sirens or signals. However, it is permitted to wear headphones that leave one ear free to hear ambient sounds while driving.
