Who is Joshua from Joshua’s Law?

Who is Joshua?

Joshua Robert Brown was a high achieving teen who was bound for great things, as he had been accepted into a prestigious music school in Boston, which he was supposed to attend after his high school graduation. Joshua fought for his life for nine days but his life was cut short on July 9th.
