Over the weekend, a man from Georgia was arrested for driving a four-wheeler while under the influence. Bibb County deputies pulled over the driver while he was riding a four-wheeler on Hawkinsville Road. The man had active warrants for his arrest, and was identified as David Todd Fenley by the deputies. According to an arrest report, Fenley had an odor of alcohol emanating from his breath and was slurring his speech.
