Lawmaker in Oklahoma to Resign

In October 2022, Martinez was taken into custody by the police for being found in a parked vehicle with the engine running outside a bar in Edmond. Recently, he pleaded guilty to the charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Martinez has expressed remorse for his actions and has issued an apology to his family, friends, and constituents who have supported him during his tenure serving House District 39 for the past seven years. He has also fulfilled his court-ordered obligations prior to his plea and has accepted responsibility for his actions. Martinez is now making efforts to move forward from this incident.

We respect his apology, and hopefully, he finds a risk reduction program near him to help him move on from this incident. If you are in a situation like this A-1 is always here for you.
