Street-legal vehicles are listed as:
- Automobiles
- Trucks
- Motorcycles
And you can get a DUI in ANY motorized vehicle. Anything you can think of. Even driving a tractor can get you a DUI. Just remember that when you’re on the road drinking in anything it could be counted as illegal. Riding a horse while drinking would not be counted as a DUI but you will still be charged.
